Home Base: Uppal Stadium

The Rajiv Gandhi International Stadium in Uppal, Hyderabad, serves as the home ground for the Sunrisers. It boasts excellent facilities and has hosted numerous international matches and IPL encounters.

The pitch here often offers a good contest between bat and ball. While it can be flat and conducive to high scores, it has also shown tendencies to slow down, bringing spinners into play, especially as the match progresses. The large outfield dimensions mean batsmen need to run hard.
